2. Do you operate only in South Africa?

We are based in South Africa and primarily serve local clients nationwide. However, we are open to regional and international projects, depending on scope, logistics, and budget.

3. How do we initiate a project with your team?

Once we understand your needs, we’ll provide a custom quote and project timeline.

4. Do you work with large organisations and institutions?

Yes. We work with corporates, SMEs, agencies, government entities, and institutions across South Africa, delivering media solutions aligned with brand guidelines and corporate standards.


5. How is pricing structured for corporate projects?

Pricing is based on:

  • Project scope and duration
  • Number of deliverables
  • Crew size and equipment requirements
  • Usage and licensing terms

All pricing is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and aligned with industry standards.

6. Do you require a deposit or purchase order?

Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit or an official purchase order (PO) prior to project commencement. Final payment terms can be aligned with corporate procurement processes.

7. Do you provide editing and post-production?

Yes. All our services include professional editing, colour grading, and basic retouching where applicable. Advanced retouching or revisions can be requested.

8. What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary by project type:

  • Photography: 3–7 working days
  • Videography: 7–21 working days
  • Large or commercial projects: timelines agreed in advance

Rush delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

9. Who owns the content after the shoot?

Usage rights depend on the agreement:

  • Personal and standard brand projects usually include usage rights for marketing and digital platforms
  • Commercial, advertising, or broadcast usage may require extended licensing

We clearly outline usage rights in our contracts.

10. How many revisions are included?

Our packages typically include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately to keep projects efficient and on schedule.

11. Do you offer social media content packages?

Absolutely. We offer monthly and campaign-based content packages designed for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, tailored to your brand’s goals.

12. Do you provide on-site and multi-location coverage?

Yes. We provide on-site coverage nationwide, including multi-location and multi-day corporate projects, subject to scheduling and logistics.

13. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Deposits are non-refundable; however, rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and contractual terms.

14. How is final content delivered?

Final content is delivered via secure digital download links. Physical delivery can be arranged if required.
